Booking Terms and Conditions
Payment is required in full on or before arrival unless prior arrangements have been made for the booking to be invoiced.
Guests are bound to produce an original proof of identity at the time arrival in the Mole Creek Hotel (the Mole Creek Hotel).
Please provide notice of cancellation or changes to your booking in writing (via email).
• For cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival, booking funds will be refunded in full. For group bookings of four rooms or more, this period is 21 days prior to arrival.
• For cancellations made up to 48 hour prior to arrival, booking funds will be refunded less a 20% cancellation fee. For group bookings of four rooms or more this period is 7 days prior to arrival and the cancellation fee will be 50%.
• For cancellations made less than 48 hour in advance of arrival, no refund can be given.
• In the event of no-show, no refund can be given.
